Located in southeastern Pennsylvania along the MD/PA line midway between Baltimore, MD and York, PA Janet I. Fulcher Photography offers professional photography services in a warm and inviting atmosphere. The studio has a relaxed environment for you to be photographed, no pressures to be anything other than yourself.



One of Janet's many specialties is her location work where unique locations blended with the portrait of your family, children, or pets can become your next treasured heirloom. Her extensive equestrian background and love of all animals makes her the perfect choice for large and small animal portraits. The studio is definitely 'animal friendly'.



A note from Janet:



Something unspoken happens when the instant is right, the light is perfect, and the subject compelling. That's when I know I'm in the moment of my creativity. But the real magic is when the image is shared by others over and over again. That is the blessing I've been given. Using my camera to share moments and memories with others is what makes my photography worthwhile and important.



My photography skills emerged later in life for me than perhaps for some others, but I have embraced the challenges of being an entrepreneur and professional photographer whole heartedly. Graduating from the Rocky Mountain School of Photography in Missoula, MT set me on the path towards opening my own studio in 2001. I am member of both the Professional Photographers of American and also the Professional Photographers Association of Pennsylvania, receiving my Professional Certification in 2005. I have been honored to have my images receive both national and local awards, with images printed in the prestigious PPA Loan Collection, various equestrian magazines, calendars, and books, including images archived in the Library of Congress.
